Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using the Vesperis application ("the App"), you accept these terms of use ("the Agreement"). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app.

Vesperis is a mobile application that offers sleep stories, meditation sessions, ambient sounds and healing frequency content. The content is informational and does not constitute medical advice.

Vesperis does not require a traditional user account. Your device is automatically registered with a unique device identifier. This identifier is not linked to your personal information.

Free Trial

Free access to all content for 7 days from initial installation.

Premium Subscription

After the trial, a monthly or yearly subscription is required to access all content.

Payment

Charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

Auto-Renewal

The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from App Store or Play Store settings.

All content in the app — sounds, stories, meditations, visuals, software — is owned by or licensed to Vesperis. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use the content for commercial purposes.

When using the app, you agree not to do any of the following:

• 01Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app
• 02Record, download or distribute content without permission
• 03Attempt to bypass the app's security measures
• 04Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Vesperis does not guarantee that the app will operate without interruption or error. Content is provided "as is". The app is not a medical device or treatment tool. For sleep or health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.

We reserve the right to amend this agreement with prior notice. Continuing to use the app after changes are published means you accept the new terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
